Developing nations scuttle G8 climate plans

So it’s back to square one again! When the G8 nations were just looking like taking the climate issue seriously, the developing nations decided to play the spoilsport. Actually, the major developed and developing nations had agreed and pledged to work towards the climate change and other environmental issues during the recent meet in Tokyo that went side by side with the G8 summit. But they shied away from any concrete declarations yet again!
